Jobs Training - PSA Program

The purpose of the Jobs Training - Public Service Annoucement (PSA) Program is to prepare our membership for Above the Line and Key Crew positions for the film and television industry, while providing local charities with valuable promotional tools.

The Jobs Training PSA Program will provide hands-on experience in writing, directing and producing for the local charities. Our Members will volunteer for Above the Line Positions and Key positions making up the majority of the crew. This provides them an opportunity to build their work experience and be mentored by experienced people of the entertainment industry. The PSAs are shot in HD using industry standard cameras and lighting equipment donated by companies who value empowering creative women. After the PSA has been completed, they are distributed through television/cable stations and the Internet.

The Jobs Training PSA Program develops women’s professional and creative skills while raising awareness of the mission of the local charities.
